We collect contact and request data that you submit through the RFQ form, including company name, contact person, email, phone, parts requested, destination, cert requirement, needed-by details, and notes.

Form provider and notifications

RFQ intake is handled through Tally form embeds. Submission notifications may be sent to the Angkasa Supply team via Cloudflare Pages Functions and MailChannels Email API.

How data is used

Data is used to evaluate sourcing requests, communicate quotes, verify transaction integrity, and support service operations. We do not sell submitted data.

Retention and access

We keep submission records as needed for commercial handling, compliance review, and auditability. Contact us to request updates or deletion where legally and operationally feasible.
